Brigitte R. Wynn Manager, Customer Experience Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG)
Brigitte Wynn has worked in the utility industry since 1990 and is currently the Manager of Customer Experience at PSEGLI. Throughout her career she has held several positions in IT and ended her career at National Grid as the Director of Distribution Support. Her current responsibilities include overseeing the following areas: Customer Relations, Community Partnership, Customer Intelligence and the Quality Assurance for both Customer and T&D Operations. Her entire organization is focused on creating a world class customer experience for Long Island’s 1.1 million electric customers.
Brigitte is the lead for PSEG Long Island’s JD Power Customer One and Next 50 initiatives, which are designed to engage employees and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. In the JD Power 2015 residential survey PSEG Long Island was the most improved large electric utility nationwide. In the 2016 survey PSEG Long Island continued to outpace the majority of utilities as the 4th most improved brand nationally.
Brigitte is active in Diversity and Inclusion, serving as the co-founder of PSEG Long Island’s corporate Diversity & Inclusion Council and is a 2017 Long Island Business News Diversity in Business honoree. Brigitte is a mentor to several employees in PSEG Long Island and National Grid and is a mentor in the STEM program. Brigitte is a member of Women in Communications and Energy whose mission is to promote the visibility and roles of women communications engineers and to provide a venue for their professional growth. Brigitte’s passions include travel, mentoring and helping others in need.
