Christina Salgueiro is the Americas Regional Sourcing Leader with Infineum, a world class fuels and lubricants additive company. She leads a team of buyers responsible for purchasing indirect materials and services for the Americas, contributing to saving through sourcing, negotiating, and managing commercial supplier interfaces for Infineum. Over her 18-year career, spanning the Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizations, Christina has cultivated working relationships, enabled collaboration and promoted process compliance. Christina has established a professional reputation of consistently delivering against commitments, taking on new and expanded responsibilities, helping others and acting with integrity. She is committed to the success of her team, and Infineum overall. In addition to her role, she actively participates and promotes the Infineum Total Safety Culture and Community Outreach activities. Her volunteer roles have included: Linden Technology Center Green Team Co-Chair, Business Services Safety Coordinator and Bayway’s Office Safety Committee Member. She’s represented Infineum in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer & Heart Walks, NJ Sharing Network 5k, and Holiday Outreach Events such as Be An Angel & Be A Star. Christina has a Master’s in Business Administration from Monmouth University and her Bachelor’s Degree from Kean University. Outside of work she is a busy mom of two children, a wife, a Boy Scouts of America Cub Scout Den Leader, and a Parent Volunteer with St. Theresa’s School. Recently she’s taken up Rucking, and has just completed a 100-mile Ruck Challenge benefiting Pets for Patriots, supporting a cause that helps both veterans and shelter pets.
