Clarice Hunter Taylor Worldwide Director, Global Quality Colgate-Palmolive Company
Clarice H. Taylor has enjoyed over 25 years of experience at Colgate-Palmolive Company. In her current role, she leads the oversight of corporate governance programs including: supplier audits (raw and packaging materials), warehouse, contract manufacturer and On Shelf Quality audits. Also, Clarice is responsible for developing and managing the implementation of the Global Quality Systems strategy.
Previously, Clarice worked in several areas including Quality/GMP; packaging, project engineering; Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety; project management, manufacturing and procurement. She is recognized for cross-functional expertise, promoting teamwork and results orientation. Also, Colgate has recognized Clarice’s contributions with several You Can Make a Difference Awards.
Clarice has a passion for community service and has been on the Boards of Trenton Children's Chorus and Gracious Smiles nonprofit organizations. She volunteers extensively in Colgate's Bright Smiles Bright Futures program aimed at providing free children's dental screening and oral health education in undeserved neighborhoods. Clarice received her Bachelors of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute majoring in Chemistry and her Masters of Arts degree from University of Phoenix majoring in Organizational Management. Clarice lives in Langhorne, PA with her husband and they have two daughters.
