Danielle J. Alhale Senior Technologist Infineum USA, LP
Danielle began her Infineum career in 2007 as a Process Contact Engineer. During her 10 years with Infineum, she has progressed through a series of roles with increasing responsibility and influence. Her roles have included overseeing the manufacturing and shipment of all finished additives out of Infineum’s New Jersey location, managing the scale-up and quality of proprietary chemistries for worldwide manufacturing sites, managing the Safety Risk Assessment Processes, and leading critical technology and formulation projects in both the Heavy Duty Diesel and Passenger Car Engine Oil segments.
As a Senior Technologist, Danielle is responsible for product deployment of key Infineum technology systems to global accounts and providing technical support to both customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers. In addition, she develops product based value propositions, product recommendations, and develops and presents technical support data. Her role also includes training and supervising a small group of specialists within the Customer Technical Services Team. Furthermore, Danielle manages the Linden site Safety Risk Assessment Process where she provides guidance on and leads teams in identifying potential hazards and consequences when using various procedures and equipment.
Danielle has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. Throughout her career she has participated in on-campus recruiting to help in delivering a diverse pipeline of talent to Infineum, led community tours and presentations to the Linden Community Advisory Panel to foster improved understanding of Infineum’s site and community impact, and participated in various charity events including Cycle-for-Survival to help raise money to fund cancer research.
