She currently leads US Payroll and Benefits operations, and has implemented numerous projects to improve quality, controls, and compliance, while simplifying and automating these critical areas. Hedy is devoted to her three children ages 28, 23 and 21, and is dedicated to supporting the arts in NJ through her volunteer efforts for the American Repertory Ballet. She has served in many capacities including co-chair for ARB’s annual fund-raising gala, and catering manager for the “Nutcracker Sweets” party. She has provided housing, meals and mentoring for ARB artists from Italy and Canada. Through Infineum’s Volunteer Involvement Fund, she has supported the “Dance Power” program, which gives free dance instruction to all 3rd and 4th graders in the New Brunswick public school system.
