Katrina Purifoy Process Capability and Strategy Director, North America Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc.
Katrina Purifoy is the Process Capability and Strategy Director at Johnson and Johnson (J&J) in the Customer and Logistics Services (CLS) organization. She is responsible for strategic planning, business development, the Training Center of Excellence and other key capabilities for North America. In this role she leads the development of the Long Range Financial Plan, the Interdependent Programs roadmap, the infrastructure and strategy for acquisitions and divestitures and training compliance performance. She is a key leader representing North America, in the governance of the Global order-to-cash processes.
She has almost 19 years of diverse experience within Johnson & Johnson, including leadership roles in Distribution, Transportation, Manufacturing, Customer Planning, Project Management, Sales, and Customer Logistics. She has extensive experience in continuous improvement with a background in Lean, Six Sigma and Design Excellence, delivering complex implementations in data synchronization, customer segmentation, equipment installations and compliance. Her efforts have delivered a balanced scorecard of benefits, including improved service to customers, multi-million dollar cost savings, improved efficiencies and an improved safety and compliance profile. She has a strong passion for people and provides mentorship and support to countless colleagues and groups. Her commitment to the community has been demonstrated through almost 25 years of volunteerism and charity, including the support of corporate initiatives, as well as opportunities within her local communities. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
