Lindsay Gauthier has worked in several healthcare supply chain roles for 18 years, including multiple positions within Johnson & Johnson during the past nine years. Currently, as Director of Customer Logistics, Lindsay manages the supply chain between J&J and top US customers, including customer relationship, order management, replenishment, planning, and inventory. Lindsay developed and implemented process improvements impacting service, inventory, sales growth, cost, and seasonal service levels.
Prior to her current role, Lindsay served as the Senior Operations Manager of Distribution for Medical Device where she had responsibility for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. In this role, Lindsay led a 210-person team and managed a very high volume of daily throughput and sales. Before this, Lindsay was the Inventory Manager within Medical Device Distribution where she controlled inventory, storage, and distribution activities to ensure high inventory accuracy and fill rate.
Lindsay held various supply chain and operations positions at Medtronic (formerly Covidien) before joining J&J, including (but not limited to) Director of Demand and Supply Planning and Distribution Operations Manager in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Lindsay holds a MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University. Additionally, she is CPIM and CSCP APICS certified, Lean Black Belt Certified and Six Sigma Green Belt-trained.
In her spare time Lindsay enjoys spending her time with her husband, 3 rescue dogs, and volunteers as an Executive Team Member and Ambassador for the American Heart Association and Junior League of Northwest Arkansas.
