Lisa Wazenski Director Supply Chain Data Management, Strategy and Capability Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain
Lisa joined Johnson & Johnson HealthCare Systems Organization (JJHCS) and was responsible for the evolution and support of Medical Device’s Master Data Management Application (MDM). Lisa was the IT Project Manager and Application Owner integrating Medical Devices Customer and Product Master Data across multiple system landscapes across our business end to end - U.S. Region Order to Cash, Manufacturing , Contracting, PLM applications including GS1 standards across 9 U.S. Regional Order Management related systems.
In 2013 she accepted the position of Director, Global Data Management Services with responsibility for the Customer and Product teams that provide operational support and governance for Global MD&D Product and N.A. Regional Customer.
In 2016 Lisa became the Director for SCDM for Strategy and Capability, Data Innovations . She currently leads this team for SCDM with accountability for data harmonization, data quality, data standardization and data profiling across all Sectors and Regions. Lisa has the ownership and accountability for core data capabilities and data innovations across Supply Chain data. Lisa is accountable to establish data standards, data governance, data quality for enterprise data by working with her team as well as cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-functional teams to roll-out best practices, governance processes, and gain the organizational alignment required to support the SCDM strategy as well as major initiatives in progress. Lisa has accountability for our Supply Chain Data Quality program and capabilities such as data profiling, data standardization, data harmonization, data digitization by leading the organization to utilize existing and new tools and approaches.
