Lois started her career with Johnson & Johnson in April of 2016 as the CCI Phase 2 Delivery Director. CCI stands for Commercial Contract Improvement Program and it is an Enterprise Program to implement a Regional contracting solution across Policy, Process, Data, Organization, and Technology. The CCI program drives customer experience by simplifying and standardizing processes & systems for key customer touch points in the North America Commercial Contracting space. CCI’s goal is to replace old and disparate technologies with an integrated solution that automates the exchange of pricing, analytics and financial data.
CCI consists of three major phases that are impactful to the Medical Device, Pharma, and Consumer businesses of J&J. Lois joined J&J to lead the delivery and implementation of Phase 2 which consists of migrating the Medical Device companies of the DePuy Synthes US franchises into the enterprise platform. This initiative is transformation for J&J as it contributes to the realization of the OneMD vision and one face to the customer. Upon project completion in 2018, the Depuy Synthes US franchises of Mitek, Joint Reconstruction, Spine, CMF/Trauma, and Power Tools will be executing all North America Commercial Contracting activities on the enterprise platform.
