Natalia Sawka Global Process Control Advisor Infineum USA L.P.
Natalia Sawka has been the Global Process Control Advisor for Infineum, a leading global company in transportation additives, since 2014, currently overseeing their Global Cybersecurity Program for Industrial Automation. She works closely with the latest cybersecurity standards and threat landscapes alongside a global team of experts to deploy a sustainable cybersecurity platform to keep the company and its assets safe.
In her 10-year professional career prior to the global cybersecurity role, Natalia has developed expertise in process control automation and project leadership through her experiences leading infrastructure upgrade projects, programming for manufacturing facilities, and executing manufacturing plant start-ups around the world from Argentina to Germany. Natalia has a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. She has served on the Engineering Advisory Board for Stevens’ Chemical Engineering Department since 2008, offering guidance to shape curriculum to reflect the needs of the modern industry. In addition to this role, she enjoys participating in university recruiting, volunteering for Junior Achievement and United Way organizations, and mentoring of younger professionals. Natalia is continually inspired by her volunteer and professional work to find ways to tap into collective human potential to tackle unsolved challenges and to achieve innovations.
