Patricia Roselli Sr. Director-Strategic Projects Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc.
Pattie Roselli is currently the Senior Director-Strategic Projects, CLS where she is managing a portfolio of large scale projects focused on improving the go-to-market practices with J&J's customers and creating value added synergies for the J&J businesses Globally. Prior this role, Pattie was the Sr. Director-Supply Chain Planning, for the US Baby and Beauty franchise and was part of the creation of the NA Reliability Office and the NA Rapid Response team. She was instrumental in the significant journey to improve North American Supply Chain metrics such as Unit Fill Rate, inventory reduction, forecast accuracy, as well as the overall customer satisfaction scores for North America (US & Canadian Advantage Scores). Pattie has also played key leadership roles in Supply chain end to end initiatives that resulted in improved Organization Design and Governance.
Pattie began her career with Johnson & Johnson in 1991 in the Internal Audit organization after working for several years in Public Accounting. She has held various roles with the Finance Organization and then moved into Supply Chain where she then worked in Customer Logistics, Distribution, Project Management, Rapid Response and Supply Chain Planning.
Pattie has a BS in Business Administration-Accounting from The College of New Jersey and an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She also holds a CPA license for New Jersey and is a certified Black Belt in Design Excellence.
