VP Customer Experience - North America Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc.
Sylvia is responsible for the Customer Experience for Johnson & Johnson's $35 Billion business in North America -ensuring the company is delivering the right product, at the right time in the right place to meet our customer needs. The role includes managing 1300 employees across core operations function such as Customer Service, Distribution and Transportation. In addition the role involves working across a range of key customers for Johnson & Johnson such as Walmart and Target in the J&J Consumer Business as well as key Hospital networks and distributors in the Medical Devices and Pharma business. The focus of the role is on operational excellence as well as strategy development and deployment to ensure next generation customer experience for all of Johnson & Johnson customers.
