Tina serves as the Bakery Division Merchandising Supervisor. She leads and mentors a staff of six Wakefern Fresh Bake Merchandisers that are deployed on the road every day. In addition, Tina oversees the scheduling of thirty (30) Retail Technicians. Since joining Wakefern in 1998 Tina has been involved in myriad programs to support the ShopRite Stores. One example is the development and oversight of a comprehensive Bakery Training and Education program that is offered to our retail Store teams. She coordinates content, resources, and scheduling to provide this valuable opportunity for our members to enrich their associates’ skill sets. Tina has also participated in the development of web-based training and orientation for our new hires at the retail level. As a key member, she collaborates with the engineering team to devise fresh merchandising bakery prototypes and alternate formats. Tina works with other divisions, including Procurement in their planning, layout, and presentation at Wakefern’s high-profile “Perishable Show”. Other responsibilities include Menu Labeling and Production Planning initiatives in support of the members. She serves as a liaison between the Product division and newly formed Retail Operations division. Tina helps ensure that both Procurement and Merchandising “worlds” stay in-sync with each other and support the strategic initiatives of the company. Tina Lives in Fords, New Jersey with her husband, Dave. They enjoy hiking and the outdoors and spending time with their family and friends.
