In her role as Senior Director, Strategy & Deployment, Kristyn is responsible to maximize value for Johnson & Johnson through the creation and regional deployment of strategic capabilities for Supply Chain Deliver in North America, with a focus on strategic planning, portfolio management, project management & execution, analytics, performance management, training & organizational learning, business development and strategic business capability deployment.
Kristyn’s recent accomplishments include a leadership role in a major operating model change initiative for the Global Supply Chain Deliver organization and leadership of strategic alignment efforts for two transformational business cases – each >$100MM investments for the Supply Chain.  In addition, Kristyn recently completed the Johnson & Johnson Talent Acceleration Program, an elite development program for future senior leaders.
Kristyn has had a 17 year career in Supply Chain at J&J, holding positions in areas including Planning, Transportation, External Manufacturing, Procurement and Customer Logistics.  She currently participates as a leader on the North America Supply Chain Talent Council, and she is a member of the J&J Women’s Leadership Initiative.
