Meghan DuBois serves as the Director, Global Operations for the Supply Chain Data Management organization at Johnson & Johnson. She is currently responsible for leading a team that is responsible for the implementation, daily execution and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain Data Management Framework which focuses on delivering a more effective and efficient process to launch high-quality, innovative products to patients and consumers.
Meghan joined Johnson & Johnson in 1999 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility across the commercial customer experience in areas including contracting, customer service and sales order management. Her most recent assignments have included large scale sector-based programs and enterprise-wide global initiatives. Throughout her career, Meghan has been instrumental in creating collaborative work environments that have resulted in effective solutions for customers and the business.
Meghan has an educational background in communications and psychology from Villanova University and earned a Master of Science degree focused on project management from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is a certified Process Excellence Green Belt and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). She enjoys serving on the faculty of the Johnson & Johnson Center for Leadership & Learning by facilitating the Leaders’ Dialogue Series as well as teaching courses on project management principles.
Within her community, Meghan serves on the Board of Trustees for her local Education Foundation and was an inaugural member of Impact 100 Jersey Coast, an organization of women focused on making a lasting impact by collectively funding transformative grants in the Jersey Coast region.
