Miriam Koppel has 19 years of experience in various roles within Infineum’s Finance organization. Currently, in her role as Assistant Finance Manager for North America she is responsible for managing and resolving challenges related to all aspects of financial accounting and tax issues for Infineum US and Infineum Canada. In this role, she liaises with external tax preparers in all areas related to US and Canadian federal and state taxes. In the years prior to this role, she has also held other positions including Controls Advisor where she provided guidance to the organization on Internal Controls. She is an active organizer on the Bayway Office Safety Committee. Miriam is a Certified Public Accountant certified in both New York and New Jersey. Miriam started her career in public accounting at KPMG; but since then has held many other accounting positions within the private sector. Miriam is a dedicated mom to 2 college age girls and in her spare time volunteers for STOMP the Monster, an organization which provides financial and other support to cancer patients and their families during their fight with the disease.
