Elaine is a Project Manager for Inside Plant Construction within PSEG’s Delivery Projects and Construction (DP&C) Organization. She began her career at PSE&G in 2008 and has worked for DP&C’s Engineering and Construction teams. Currently, Elaine is responsible for developing contracting documentation for civil construction projects to build and restore substations, and conducting constructability reviews on engineering designs. She supports an average of $300 Million in annual civil contracts and enjoys applying the technical skills she learned in engineering to her current construction role. She has implemented multiple process improvements to ensure projects are completed efficiently; one of which included the development of an Excavation Procedure, which helps ensure safe work practices for excavating within energized substations.
Elaine has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and a MS degree in Engineering Management from NJIT. She stays connected to the Rutgers community through the WINGS Program, as a mentor to students as they prepare for entry into the workforce. Additionally, Elaine is a graduate of PSEG’s Leadership and Supervisory Academies, which develops values and behaviors necessary in leading a workforce. As a participant in the company’s Women’s Leadership GROW Program, Elaine is honored to be surrounded by empowering and inspiring women within the industry, just like her fellow TWIN Honorees. Elaine loves to spend time with her family and to travel, including a recent trip to Iceland with her husband. Along with her travels, she has added photography and cooking to her list of hobbies as well. Comments are closed.
