Lois started her career with Johnson & Johnson in April of 2016 as the CCI Phase 2 Delivery Director. CCI stands for Commercial Contract Improvement Program and it is an Enterprise Program to implement a Regional contracting solution across Policy, Process, Data, Organization, and Technology. The CCI program drives customer experience by simplifying and standardizing processes & systems for key customer touch points in the North America Commercial Contracting space.
