Christi is a HR leader for Colgate's Global End to End Supply Chain where she partners with Supply Chain leaders to achieve Colgate's ambitious 2025 Reimagined goals, and provides HR leadership in the development and implementation of critical initiatives to drive Colgate's people initiatives and enhance organizational capabilities. Christi has 13 years of experience with Colgate and has led several initiatives and held different roles of increasing responsibility during her career including plant and global roles. During Christ's career at Colgate she has led significant changes in our talent management process, implementing initiatives to drive strategies that support organizational growth, and supported critical labor relations activity across our global supply chain.

Prior to joining Colgate, Christi worked for Ingersoll-Rand in various roles of plant HR management. She is a proud graduate of the Walt Disney World College Program and began her career in HR as a HR Business Associate with the Jack Daniel's Distillery.
