Julie is the Director, Global Customer Experience within Supply Chain. Julie is accountable for developing and driving global programs that improve the lives of Johnson & Johnson's customers. In this role, Julie has responsibility for leading a global voice of customer program to listen to and respond to our customers in 80 countries, across all J&J business segments. Julie also leads our customer experience design strategy - including persona development, journey mapping, and service blueprints that deliver personalized experiences for customers.

Julie joined Johnson & Johnson in 2009 in the Strategic Account Management organization. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Julie spent 14 years with Hewlett Packard in customer experience and strategic marketing leadership roles around the world.

Julie is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and an active member of this global, cross-industry association.
