Weng Pineda is the Global Supply Chain Systems Director at Colgate Palmolive, where she is responsible for ensuring that systems solutions enabling the end-to-end supply chain are identified, built, delivered and maintained. She partners with business and IT leaders to evaluate business processes, understand business requirements and translate them into system requirements. Weng holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines. She joined Colgate Philippines in 1994 as a Purchasing Specialist and held a series of Supply Chain roles before relocating to the United States in 1998, where she held roles with increasing responsibilities in the IT and Supply Chain organizations. She has built an extensive network around the world throughout her 27 years in Colgate. Weng is married to Jeremy and mom to Bianca. She loves to travel with her family and learn about different cultures and enjoy local cuisines. She volunteers with Room to Read, an organization supporting children through literacy and gender equality in education.
