Bayway safety performance is regularly in the top 1-2% of all refineries in the United States, and the refinery has been awarded numerous AFPM safety awards. Bayway maintains an open dialogue with neighboring communities through the Bayway Community Advisory Panel. Our five Bayway Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) foster engagement in company programs and are also instrumental in facilitating community outreach.
